Crieff Hydro Hotels were looking to update their existing background music system to the latest streaming solution from an outdated existing hard disc system.
Initially the challenge set by the I.T. department was to centralise the background music system for the main Crieff Hydro Hotel, centrally controlled by management and monitored. As the initial installation proved successful we rolled out a complete solution to the entire Family of Crieff Hydro Hotels including Peebles Hydro The Isles of Glencoe, Murraypark Hotel, Ballachuish, The Park, & Kingshouse.
The challenge has been maintaining faultless service across remote geographical locations and responding to musical requests and new zones as they develop.
Auracle Sound have over time developed music programs for a wide variety of music zones spread across the Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels.
